Juventus are prepared to place an offer on Chelsea’s table for Spanish striker Alvaro Morata this summer.

Morata joined Chelsea last summer from Real Madrid in a club record deal, but the Spaniard has struggled to put down roots in Antonio Conte’s starting eleven this season.

He has scored 15 goals in all competitions, but Morata has been regularly overlooked by Conte when it comes to big games and the striker is believed to be frustrated.

Morata is reportedly expected to ask to leave Chelsea in the summer and Juventus are plotting to take him back to Turin in the upcoming transfer window.

And according to Turin-based daily Tuttosport, the Italian champions are putting together a bid to table for the Chelsea striker in the coming months as they firm up their interest.

It has been claimed that Juventus are prepared to offer to sign him on loan for a €15m fee and reserve an option to take him on a permanent deal for a transfer fee worth €60m.

The overall value of the deal is said to be the price Chelsea could demand should any club look to sign Morata in the summer transfer window.

It remains to be seen whether Chelsea are prepared to accept such an offer to allow Morata to return to Juventus in the coming months.
