Ajax are prepared to play hardball with Manchester United linked Justin Kluivert as the club grow frustrated with his agent Mino Raiola’s demands.

The Dutchman’s contract expires at the end of next season and the club have been in talks with Raiola for several months to reach an agreement over a new deal.




But patience has been running thin as Ajax believe Raiola is trying to push for Kluivert’s exit this summer, with clubs such as Manchester United believed to be interested.

It has been claimed that the Italian super-agent has demanded a contract worth €1.5m per season and an agreement to for 40 per cent of any future transfer fee, equally distributed between the player and himself.
 


Ajax have been left incensed by Raiola’s financial demands and according to Dutch daily De Telegraaf, they are not prepared to adhere to the super-agent’s view.

There are suggestions Ajax are ready to see Kluivert run down his contract and leave the club at the end of next season on a free transfer.

And it has also been claimed that to punish the player that they are also prepared to make him sit in the stands next season and only allow him to train with the team.

The Ajax hierarchy are desperate to make sure that they don’t lose the power game with Raiola, who is said to be trying to engineer Kluivert’s exit this summer.
