Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta has indicated that the club will hold on to Massimiliano Allegri despite the Italian coach being linked with the Arsenal job.

Allegri is believed to be considering his future at Juventus despite having a contract until 2020 and is said to be weighing up the option of leaving the club in the summer.

The Italian is on the verge of leading Juventus to one more league title this season but is said to be keen to tackle a fresh challenge and has the ambition to work outside Italy.

Allegri is believed to be on Arsenal’s wish list as a potential successor to Arsene Wenger, but Marotta stressed that Juventus continue to maintain a good rapport with their coach.

He added that Allegri’s future will be discussed at the end of the season and the Juventus CEO is hopeful of a satisfactory outcome.
