The agent of Chelsea target Kalidou Koulibaly believes that his client is so good he could play for any side in any league.
Koulibaly has again increased his standing in the game this season with a series of superb performances for Napoli which helped Maurizio Sarri's side to fight for the Serie A title.
He has emerged as a defensive target for Chelsea, while Juventus have been linked with wanting to keep the 26-year-old in Italy.
The defender's agent has no doubt about his client's talent and feels he could play for any side.
Asked about links with Juventus, Koulibaly's agent Bruno Satin told Italian radio station Radio Kiss Kiss: "He is of a level that he could play anywhere."

Satin however insists it is too soon to think about a potential transfer for Koulibaly, especially with the future of Napoli coach Sarri uncertain.
He added: "It is too early to talk about the future.
"We will see how the situation with Sarri ends."
Koulibaly is a big fan of Sarri and could be more likely to leave Napoli if the coach goes elsewhere.
Sarri has been linked with Chelsea, who are expected to let manager Antonio Conte go at the end of the season.
