Roma have rejected offers from Arsenal and Monaco for Turkish sensation Cengiz Under, and will not consider selling him for any offer under €50m.

The Giallorossi snapped Under up from Basaksehir last summer, forking out the sum of €13.4m to take him to Italy, and he has earned plaudits for his first campaign at the club.

Now Roma are having their resolve to keep Under tested and, according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, have rejected a €30m bid from Arsenal and an offer of €35m from Monaco.

It is claimed that Roma will not consider selling Under unless a bid of at least €50m arrives at their offices.

And in a sign they want to keep hold of the Turkish winger, Roma are plotting a new contract for Under.

Roma are ready to extend Under's contract at the club until the summer of 2023, with an adjustment of salary up to over €2m, including bonuses.

Under became the youngest Turkish player to score in the Champions League earlier this season, when he netted for Roma against Shakhtar Donetsk.

The winger's first goal for Roma came earlier in the same month, in Serie A against Hellas Verona.
