Leeds United head coach Paul Heckingbottom is to be in meetings all this week at Elland Road before jetting off on holiday.

There has been much speculation about Heckingbottom's position at Leeds after he failed to have an impact on results after taking charge in February.

But Leeds have given no signal that Heckingbottom could be sacked and the head coach appears to remain very much in the thick of planning at the club going forward.

Indeed, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Heckingbottom has meetings at Elland Road all this week before he then goes on holiday.

The head coach's season was extended by Leeds arranging a post-season trip to Burma, where they played friendlies against an MNL All Star side and the Burma national team.
