Leeds United are looking to snap up highly-rated Northern Irish winger Gavin Whyte.

The Yorkshire giants are expected to be busy over the course of the summer transfer window as they aim to reshape their squad to challenge for promotion to the Premier League next season.

Whyte, who has been called up to the senior Northern Ireland squad for friendlies against Panama and Costa Rica, could join the Whites.

The winger is a player Leeds are looking to sign, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, though it remains to be seen how far down the line any potential transfer is.

Whyte currently turns out for Crusaders in his homeland and has caught the eye with his performances.
