Fixture: Chelsea vs Manchester United
Competition: FA Cup
Kick-off: 17:15 (UK time)

Chelsea have revealed their team and substitutes to take on Manchester United in the final of the FA Cup at Wembley.

The Blues could only finish in fifth place in the Premier League, something which means they have missed out on Champions League football, but could end the season on a high by winning the FA Cup.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is without wing-back Emerson Palmieri through injury.

The Blues manager names Thibaut Courtois in goal, while at the back he picks Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill and Antonio Rudiger as the three defenders. N'Golo Kante, Cesc Fabregas and Tiemoue Bakayoko will look to control midfield, while Eden Hazard supports Olivier Giroud up top.

If Conte needs to try to make changes then he can look towards his bench, where options available include Alvaro Morata and Willian.
