Bournemouth and Everton target Tom Pearce is happy with the terms offered by Leeds United, increasing the chances of him staying at Elland Road.

The left-back broke into the Leeds first team under new head coach Paul Heckingbottom towards the end of the season and put in impressive performances.

His current contract with the club expires at the end of the campaign and so far the Whites have failed to agree a new deal in order to guarantee his stay.

Leeds have offered him a new three-year contract to stay the club and it has been claimed that he is happy with the terms on offer from the Yorkshire giants.

According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Pearce is happy with the contract on offer from Leeds and is likelier to sign on the dotted line with Leeds over the next month.
