AC Milan have conducted a meeting with an influential Italian agent to discuss the possibility of signing Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata.

Morata’s future at Chelsea is under the scanner after an underwhelming first season in England and he is reportedly keen to return to Italy this summer.




His former club Juventus are exploring the option of signing the striker on an initial loan deal, but it emerged recently that even AC Milan are considering making a move for the Spaniard.

The Rossoneri are keen to add a big name striker to their ranks this summer and Morata is one of the names who features on their shortlist of targets for the ongoing window.
 


According to Sky Italia, Giuseppe Bozzo, an influential agent in Italy, met the AC Milan hierarchy on Tuesday morning to discuss their transfer plans for the window.

And it has been claimed that the Rossoneri discussed the possibility of signing Morata from Chelsea this summer.

However, nothing concrete has been discussed and AC Milan are only considering probing the situation with Morata initially while they look at other targets.

They are expected to make an initial approach, but that is the limit of their plans for the Spaniard at the moment.
