Carlo Ancelotti is considering taking Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur midfield target Adrien Rabiot to Napoli this summer.

The 23-year-old midfielder has created quite a furor in France by refusing to be a standby player for Didier Deschamps’ World Cup squad and has earned the wrath of Les Bleus head coach.

Rabiot has a contract until the end of next season with Paris Saint-Germain and there are suggestions that he has stopped all negotiations over signing a new deal with the club.

The Frenchman could consider leaving the Parisians this summer to escape the controversy he has created and a number of clubs are prepared to jump at the opportunity to sign him.

Unai Emery is keen to take his former PSG player to Arsenal and even Tottenham have been linked with having an interest in signing the Frenchman in the ongoing window.
