Juventus have already prepared a five-year contract for Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian as they look to push through a deal this summer.

Darmian reportedly met Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici in a Milan hotel on Wednesday and club CEO Giuseppe Marotta also confirmed the club’s interest in the full-back.




The Italian was a fringe player for Manchester United in the just concluded campaign and he is one of the first team squad members Jose Mourinho has been willing to sell.

Juventus are confident of getting a deal over the line and it has been claimed that an agreement between the two clubs is close for a transfer fee of around €13m this summer.
 


The former Torino defender has also given his nod to a move back to Turin and according to Gazzetta dello Sport, a five-year contract offer is already in place for Darmian.

Once the two clubs strike a deal, Darmian is expected to undergo a medical before signing a contract with the Italian champions.

Manchester United signed him from Torino in 2015 and he has turned in 85 appearances for the club over the last three years.

His current deal with Manchester United runs out at the end of next season.
