AS Monaco have opened talks to sign Manchester City and Wolves linked starlet Rayan Ait-Nouri in the ongoing transfer window.

A product of the Angers academy, the 17-year-old left-back has enthralled scouts from all over Europe with his performance at youth level in France.

He is yet to make a senior debut for the club, but Nouri was on the bench in a Ligue 1 game in the just concluded season and is considered one of the brightest young talents in France.

The young French starlet has been on the radar of a few clubs, including in England, and there are suggestions Manchester City and Wolves are looking to take him across the English Channel.

However, Ait-Nouri could continue plying his trade in France as according to French sports daily L’Equipe, Monaco have opened talks with Angers to sign the youngster this summer.
