Felipe Anderson is increasingly likely to leave Lazio this summer amid interest from West Ham United.

The Premier League side are keen on Anderson, but no concrete decision has been taken on his future in the Italian capital yet.

But that could change soon as, according to Sky Italia, Anderson's agents are due to meet Lazio officials on Thursday for a round of talks aimed at providing clarity.

And it appears Anderson could be heading for the exit door as the indications are that his agents favour a sale and Lazio are also pushing to open the exit door.

It had been thought Lazio could look at extending his contract, which ends in 2020, but the Rome side look to be eyeing earning a lucrative fee from his sale.
