Wolves are preparing to make a summer move for FC Porto winger Yacine Brahimi, who has also been linked with a move to West Ham.

The 28-year-old has been a consistent performer for the Portuguese giants since he arrived from Granada in 2014 and has been on the radar of top clubs in Europe for some time.

The winger only has a year left on his current deal with Porto and it has led to speculation over his future at the Estadio do Dragao in the ongoing summer transfer window.

West Ham are believed to be interested in taking him to England, but it seems another Premier League club are preparing to make a concrete move for Brahimi.

According to Portuguese daily A Bola, Wolves are prepared to put in an offer and try and take Brahimi to Molineux in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The new promoted Premier League club, who have already displayed ambition in the transfer window, are set to slap in an offer worth €30m for the Porto winger.

The 28-year-old has a €60m buy-out clause, but with only a year left on his deal to run, Porto are aware that they are not going to get that amount for the player.

The star remained coy over his future at Porto when he was recently asked.
