Lyon have received a concrete offer on their table for Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur linked midfielder Tanguy Ndombele from an English club.

The 21-year-old midfielder's performances during his loan spell at Lyon last season have attracted the attention of many clubs from across the English Channel this summer.

Lyon have taken up the option of signing him on a permanent deal for a fee worth €8m, but could struggle to hold on to him because of the level of interest in his services.

The Ligue 1 giants are expected to consider offers for him, with clubs such as Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester City and Liverpool believed to be keen on signing him.

And according to Yahoo Sports France, Lyon have indeed received an offer from an unnamed English club and they could turn a huge profit by selling him this summer.

It has been claimed that an English club have tabled a bid worth €40m, which is five times the money Lyon paid to sign him on permanent deal from Amiens.

While there are no suggestions that Lyon have accepted the bid, the club are expected to consider the offer because of the amount of money at stake.

Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Roma are also interested in Ndombele but for the moment one of the Premier League clubs have made a concrete move for the player.
