Inter have shifted their stance on Joao Mario, who has been the subject of interest from Everton, Leicester City and West Ham.

The Nerazzurri want to offload Mario and the player is also keen to end his time at the San Siro; he spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham.

Inter have slapped a price tag of €28m on Mario and have only been willing to sell him on a permanent basis or agree to a loan with an obligation to buy.

Now, according to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport, Inter have shifted to being open to sanctioning a loan move with an option to buy.

Premier League clubs, with Leicester, Everton and West Ham linked, could now make a renewed effort to sign him.

Sampdoria are willing to keep Mario in Italy and can do a loan with an option to buy deal.
