Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici could consider a concrete offer to join Manchester United despite recently signing a new contract.

Manchester United have launched an operation to bring in a new director of football in the coming months following the difficulties they faced during the summer transfer window.

It emerged that there was a clear disconnect between Jose Mourinho and the club’s board over recruitment in the transfer window, which led to then not getting the targets the manager wanted.

Manchester United are now scouring the football scene for a director of football and have been looking at a number of candidates in the market, including Juventus’ sporting director Paratici.

And according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, the 46-year-old could consider a concrete proposal on his table to leave Juventus if Manchester United make an offer.

He recently signed a contract until 2021 with the Italian champions and is not overtly looking for a change at the moment.

But if Manchester United put in a concrete offer, Paratici is expected to consider a move to England.

Roma’s Monchi has also been on the radar and it has been claimed that Manchester United have also made exploratory contact with Novara’s Domenico Teti, a highly respect operator in Italy.
