Tottenham Hotspur winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou is yet to take a decision on his future despite the club agreeing to loan him to Mainz this summer.

Nkoudou has struggled to make a mark for himself at Tottenham since arriving in north London from Marseille in 2016 and spent the second half of last season on loan at Burnley.

The 23-year-old is not a big part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans going forward and Tottenham are looking to ship him out of the club before the end of the month.

Mainz are keen to sign the winger and have already reached an agreement with Tottenham for his signature on a season-long loan deal.

However, according to French sports daily L’Equipe, Nkoudou has not taken a final decision on whether to join the Bundesliga club in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The former Marseille man is still attracting interest from France and Saint-Etienne are considering taking him from Tottenham before the end of the month.

Nkoudou will consider a return to France if there is an offer on his table, but for the moment Mainz are the club who have a concrete agreement in place with Tottenham.

He has a contract until 2021 with Tottenham.
