Out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou is currently in France.

Nkoudou, who Tottenham signed from Marseille, spent the second half of last season on loan at Turf Moor with Sean Dyche's Burnley.

However, the wide-man failed to make an impact at the Clarets and is now back at Tottenham.

He remains firmly on the fringes under Mauricio Pochettino though and has been linked with German club Mainz, while he also has interest from clubs in his native France.

And a snap posted by Nkoudou on Sunday appears to show that he is back in France on a break, with Pochettino having given his players time off, with Spurs' next game not until 27th August.

It remains to be seen if he will use the trip to speak to potential suitors.

Pochettino is keen to open the door to fringe players to leave White Hart Lane and the transfer window is still firmly open in both France and Germany, until the end of the month.

Nkoudou came through the youth ranks at French club Nantes, though he also spent time with Paris Saint-Germain.
