Rangers fans have taken to social media in the aftermath of the side's progress to the quarter-finals of the Scottish League Cup, thanks to an Alfredo Morelos hat-trick at Kilmarnock.
Steven Gerrard's men travelled to Rugby Park, registering a 3-1 win over Kilmarnock in their second round fixture. Morelos scored two in the opening half before a Borna Barisic own goal gave some hope to the hosts, but the Colombian scored again to complete to secure victory for the Glasgow giants.
The Gers have now been drawn against Championship side Ayr United in the quarter-finals at Ibrox in September. Twitter user and Rangers fan Peter Gregory was happy with the 'professional' performance, as Darren Young hoped the club lock down Morelos with an 'enhanced contract' at Ibrox.
@stuw1985 another great professional performance by the gers what a job Stevie Gerrard is doing ?????????

Fellow supporter Douglas Kinnear was left impressed with Morelos' 'body language' and his desire on the pitch, suggesting the club keep the player happy in order to ensure the flow of goals.
Morelos’ body language at FT; full of smiles, straight to the fans and desperate to grab the match ball – what a difference in a matter of months. Keep this boy happy and he will keep banging them in!

Alan McAllister found the team to be 'fantastic' with no 'bad' performers on the pitch as he praised the entire side for their 'work rate' and determination.

Meanwhile, Ian Fisher marked out Andy Halliday for some praise after suffering a lot criticism from fans lately, with Mcwutang Clan agreeing with his fellow Ger.
On the other hand Margaret attributed the success to Gerrard, focussing on the difference made by a 'good manager'.
Strong team performance today. Mention for Andy Halliday who has had a turbulent time over the last year or so. Played well as did the whole team ??????

Spot on. Thought Halliday was excellent today under immense pressure from certain sections of our “fans”. The lad is living the dream we would all love ????
