Inter have reached an agreement to loan out West Ham wing target Yann Karamoh to Saint-Etienne this summer.

Karamoh arrived from Caen last summer, but struggled for minutes in Italy last season and only made four appearances in the starting eleven under Luciano Spalletti.

Inter were initially reluctant to loan him out and refused an offer from West Ham, before then changing their mind; West Ham cannot return to the mix though as the Premier League window has closed.

A return to France has been mooted and it has been claimed Saint-Etienne are keen to take him on loan from the Nerazzurri before the end of the window on Friday.

And according to Sky Italia, the two clubs have already reached an agreement over Karamoh’s potential loan move back to France this summer.

However, the player is yet to give his approval to the loan move and Saint-Etienne are working to convince the winger to consider a return to France in the next 48 hours.

Inter are keen to see him leave on loan as the young winger is unlikely to play too many minutes under Spalletti this season if he stays put.
