Nacer Chadli is due for a medical at Monaco after the Ligue 1 giants agreed a transfer fee with West Brom for the Belgian.

Chadli played a key part in Belgium’s run to the World Cup semi-final in the summer and has had no interest in playing in the Championship following West Brom’s relegation.

He waited all summer for a move away from the Baggies and with just a day left in the window, the winger is finally getting his wish to leave the Hawthorns in the ongoing window.

According to French radio station RMC, Monaco have reached an agreement over a fee with West Brom for the transfer of the former Tottenham Hotspur man to the Stade Louis II.

The Ligue 1 giants have agreed to pay a fee of around €12m to the Championship outfit and the winger is already in Monaco to complete the formalities of the transfer.

He will undergo a medical at Monaco later this afternoon before signing on the dotted line with Principality club.

The 29-year-old joined West Brom from Spurs last season, but missed almost the entirety of their doomed Premier League campaign last season due to injuries.

He will be hoping for better luck once he signs a contract with Monaco.
