West Ham wing target Yann Karamoh has given his approval to a loan move to Saint-Etienne this summer.

Karamoh joined Inter from Caen last year, but struggled for minutes last season and is not expected to be a big part of Luciano Spalletti’s plans this term as well.

Inter were initially looking to keep hold of him and turned down a loan offer from West Ham, but the Nerazzurri have had a rethink.

Saint-Etienne have reportedly agreed to sign the winger on loan from Inter and are hoping to get the deal over the line before Friday’s transfer deadline.

And according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, the player has also given his green light to the move and is now prepared to return to France on a season-long loan deal.

The 20-year-old has accepted that he is not going to play regular football at Inter if he stays and is now ready to join Saint-Etienne to play more football.

Karamoh is expected to travel to France soon and undergo a medical ahead of signing a contract with the Ligue 1 outfit.

The winger was also on West Ham’s radar, but a move to the Hammers in January is now out of the question.
