Stuart Dallas says the entire Leeds United squad are behind Eunan O'Kane as he emarks upon his recovery from a broken leg.

O'Kane was loaned to League One side Luton Town until January in the summer, but broke his tibia and fibula in the Hatters' 1-0 win over Bristol Rovers on Saturday.

The midfielder is undergoing surgery and then returning to Leeds to begin the recovery process.

And Dallas insists that O'Kane has all his Leeds team-mates behind him as he bids to bounce back from his injury nightmare.

The Leeds winger wrote on Twitter: "Shattering news. You have the support of all your team mates Eunan.

"Wishing you a speedy and successful recovery", Dallas added.

Dallas was backed up by goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell, who wrote: "Absolutely gutted for you Eunan. Wishing you a speedy recovery."

Leeds snapped O'Kane up from Bournemouth in the summer of 2016 and the Republic of Ireland international is under contract at Elland Road until 2021.

The midfielder, who is out of favour with current Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa, has made a total of 58 appearances across all competitions for the Yorkshire giants.
