Millwall manager Neil Harris has blasted Leeds United for their celebration at the Den following a late equaliser to draw 1-1.

The Lions looked on course to inflict a first league defeat on Marcelo Bielsa's men, but an 89th minute leveller through Jack Harrison ensured Leeds headed back to Elland Road with a share of the spoils from what was a fiesty encounter between two rivals.

Harris and the Millwall bench had angry exchanges with Bielsa and his coaches in the technical area before the goal was scored and the Argentine apologised for his reaction after the match.

The Millwall boss has acknowledged Bielsa's apology, but slammed Leeds for their reaction to scoring.

"I think Marcelo has already apologised in the press for his bench", Harris was quoted as saying by South London Press.

"And I’ve already stated that my staff could’ve given the ball back slightly quicker, make it more accessible to get the ball.

"But their reaction to the goal is completely over the top and a disgrace in English football", the Millwall manager added.

Leeds' point at the Den stopped a four-game losing streak against Millwall at the ground, which has not been a happy venue for the Whites in recent years.
