Paris Saint-Germain have locked down Arsenal and Newcastle United target Stanley N'Soki on a professional contract.

The highly rated youngster had held off signing on professional terms at the Parc des Princes, something which put him firmly on Arsenal and Newcastle's radar.

But PSG were determined not to lose N'Soki and have convinced him to sign his first professional contract.

The French giants have announced that the defender has put pen to paper on a contract running until the summer of 2021 at the club.

N'Soki was given his PSG senior team debut by current Arsenal head coach Unai Emery, who used him in a game against Caen at the Parc des Princes at the end of 2017.

The defender has now established himself as a first team fixture and has made three appearances in Ligue 1 this term.

It remains to be seen whether the 19-year-old features against Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

N'Soki has represented France at various youth levels, up to the Under-20s side.
