Mateusz Klich has revealed that Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa’s vision and point of view about football have been an interesting experience for the players.

Leeds pulled off a coup when they managed to convince the highly regarded Argentine to take charge of the club in the summer following Paul Heckingbottom’s departure.

Bielsa has managed to get Leeds firing on all cylinders since the start of the season and despite their first league defeat last weekend, the Whites are still at the top of the Championship table.

Klich admits that training under Bielsa has been a revelation and says the squad are learning something new on most days as the Argentine has brought in an interesting perspective towards football at Leeds.

However, he insisted that everyone at Leeds need to keep their feet on the ground as the season will be long and hard.

The midfielder said on LUTV when asked about Bielsa: “I think we are learning every day because it’s is really interesting when Marcelo talks.

“His point of view and experiences help us and it helped me obviously.

“It is a good start to the season but there’s a long way to go.”

Leeds are at the top of the table on 18 points and will next take on Sheffield Wednesday in a local derby on Friday night.
