A Rangers trio of Glenn Middleton, Ross McCrorie and Robby McCrorie have been named in the Scotland Under-21 squad for the double header against Ukraine and England next month.

Manager Scot Gemmill named his squad for the UEFA European Under-21 qualification games to be played in Kyiv and Edinburgh respectively.

And the Gers duo of McCrorie and Middleton, who have managed to break through to the first team at Ibrox this term under Steven Gerrard, have been rewarded with their inclusion, with Robbie, Ross's brother, also being included. Though Robbie is a member of the senior squad he is yet to make his debut.

Middleton has so far managed to feature in three Scottish Premiership games, one Scottish League Cup and four Europa League qualifying games, scoring one goal.

The winger managed to score a brace in Rangers' last game against Ayr United, helping the Glasgow-based side win the game 4-0.

Ross on the other hand has notched up ten appearances, including two in the Premiership.
