Inter are plotting to secure the signature of Juventus and Chelsea midfield target Sandro Tonali during the January transfer window.

Brescia president Massimo Cellino has already made it clear that he does not want to let the prodigious midfielder to leave before the end of the season.

But it seems clubs are trying to work around Cellino’s conditions and Juventus are already reportedly planning to launch a move to get their hands on Tonali in January.

The Italian champions want to sign him this winter and let him stay on loan at Brescia until the end of the season, but according to Gazzetta dello Sport, they are not the only club thinking along those lines.

Inter are also plotting to gain an edge on Tonali’s other suitors and are interested in securing the deal to sign the Serie B midfielder in January and let him stay at Brescia until the summer.

The Nerazzurri have been besotted by the glowing reports they have received from their scouts on Tonali and are keen to get the deal over the line as soon as possible.

The Italian also has suitors outside Italy with Chelsea, Manchester City and Monaco also monitoring his progress.

Cellino is keen to wait until the summer as he wants a super auction for Tonali at the end of the season.
