Juventus full-back Alex Sandro has received a big money contract offer from England, with Manchester United thought to be the club to have slapped it in.

The defender was on Manchester United’s radar last summer, but the club were not keen to meet Juventus’ financial demands.

The 27-year-old has continued to remain a pivotal part of Juventus’ side this season and the club have been working to offer him a new contract.

The Italian champions are aware that there could be little room to manoeuvre next summer when Sandro enters the final 12 months of his contract at the club.

Sandro’s suitors are also aware of his situation and according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, he has an offer worth €10m per season from England, with Manchester United seeming to be the club to have made it.

The offer from the Premier League giants has complicated the situation for Juventus and their plans to offer the Brazilian a new deal.

It has been claimed that Sandro has demanded a contract worth €8m per season, which would treble his current wages at Juventus.

It is significantly more than the Italian champions were initially willing to offer and it could lead to his departure from the club next summer.
