Rangers defender Joe Worrall has admitted he would rather go on the TV show I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, than score the winning goal in the World Cup but have to perform a Fortnite dance to celebrate.

Worrall is currently on a season-long loan at Rangers from English Championship outfit Nottingham Forest.

The defender has represented England on the international stage, turning out for the country's Under-21s.

There has been extra interest from the football world in this year's I'm A Celebrity show due to the presence of veteran manager Harry Redknapp.

And on Rangers TV, Worrall was asked whether he would choose to go on I'm A Celebrity or score the winning goal in the World Cup, if it meant doing a dance from game Fortnite to celebrate.

Worrall said: "I'd like to go on I'm A Celeb and I'd like to score a World Cup winner.

"But I don't think I'd do a Fortnite dance to be honest. That would ruin it.

"So I'm A Celeb I'd choose for that one", the Nottingham Forest contracted defender added.

Worrall is currently looking to kick on with his development under the watchful eye of Steven Gerrard at Rangers.

The defender has been clear on his plans to return to Nottingham Forest at the end of his loan spell.
