Hertha Berlin have suffered a blow, with Liverpool loanee Marko Grujic picking up an injury.
Grujic scored the winning goal for the Bundesliga club at the weekend against Eintracht Frankfurt and has been hugely praised by Hertha Berlin in recent weeks.
But the Serbian midfielder may not have the chance to build on his goal as the club have reported he has picked up an injury in training.
Grujic was involved in a heavy challenge on the training pitch on Tuesday, something which caused coach Pal Dardai to bring an early conclusion to the session.
Now Hertha Berlin will assess Grujic's injury, but he could well miss this weekend's clash against Stuttgart if it proves to be a substantial knock.
All eyes will be on whether Grujic can play any further part in Hertha Berlin's preparations for the match.
Training on Wednesday will be followed by a Thursday session, before Dardai wraps things up on Friday.
The capital club are away at third bottom Stuttgart on Saturday.
