Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has emerged as a midfield target for Serie A giants AC Milan.

The Chelsea academy product is yet to carve out a niche for himself in the Chelsea starting eleven and has made just one league appearance in the starting eleven this season.




A regular in the Europa League team, the midfielder has been aching to play more Premier League football after impressing during his loan stint at Crystal Palace last season.

Chelsea are keen to hold on to him, but his lack of regular game time in the Premier League has led to speculation over his future and he has takers in England and abroad.
 


And according to Italian daily Tuttosport, AC Milan are one of the clubs who are considering snaring Loftus-Cheek away from Chelsea.

The Rossoneri are already in the pursuit of Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas and it has been claimed that the young Englishman has also emerged as a target.

The Serie A giants are aware of the difficulties of dealing with Chelsea, but are planning to tempt the player with the promise of a place in the starting eleven.

Loftus-Cheek has a contract until 2021, but his future at the club is expected to come under the scanner ahead of the January window.
