Tottenham Hotspur legend Graham Roberts has hailed Spurs’ new stadium by claiming that it looks “amazing” after his visit to the venue.

Spurs’ long-awaited new stadium is finally nearing completion with the club set to move into the new White Hart Lane in early 2019.

The new facility is expected to cost the north Londoners around £1 billion and will have a seating capacity above 60,000, making it one of the largest stadiums in the Premier League, alongside Old Trafford and the London Stadium.

Roberts, who made over 200 appearances for Tottenham, took to Twitter as he expressed his thoughts on the new stadium following his visit ahead of the familiarisation event on Sunday.
