Inter Ready To Open Aaron Ramsey Talks In January

Inter Milan have joined the race for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, who is out of contract at the end of the season.

Arsenal pulled out of contract negotiations with Ramsey’s representatives earlier this year after coming close to agreeing on a deal and he is now expected to leave the club on a free transfer next summer.

His contract situation has led to interest from clubs in England and abroad and the midfielder is said to be on the radar of Italian champions Juventus.

However, the Bianconeri are not the only Italian club interested in Ramsey and it has been claimed one more Serie A giant are now considering signing the Welshman on a free transfer.

According to Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, Inter have joined the queue of suitors for Ramsey and are interested in taking him to the San Siro next summer.

The Nerazzurri are prepared to open talks with Arsenal midfielder in January and tie him down to a pre-contract agreement.

But the midfielder’s wage demands, believed to be around €6m to €7m, could be an issue for the Serie A giants.

However, Inter are keen to hold talks with the player and find middle ground during negotiations.
