Inter Milan have dropped out of the chase for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey due to his wage demands, it has been claimed.

Ramsey is out of contract in the summer and has made it clear that he wants to see out the season at Arsenal before leaving the club on a free transfer next summer.

The Welshman’s contract situation has attracted the attention of several sides, with Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus claimed to be keen to snap him up on a free transfer.

Serie A giants Inter have also shown interested in the player and were reportedly preparing to hold talks with his representatives in January.

But it seems plans have changed at the San Siro and according to Sky Italia, the Nerazzurri have dropped out of the race for the Arsenal star.

Ramsey’s wage demands have been deemed too high and the club are not prepared to offer him the kind of money he wants.
