Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that his side must plough through the busy schedule of games and focus on recovery for the upcoming Wolves clash.

The Londoners will be playing their ninth game in all competitions this month when they host Nuno's team at Wembley this coming Saturday.

Pochettino's side have won six of the eight played so far, and the manager feels the need for the momentum to continue in their next game as well.

“We’re in good momentum and it’s so important to keep that momentum”, Pochettino told his club's official website.

“In the same way, we’re thinking about recovering quickly because on Saturday we need to compete in our best way again. You cannot stop.

"We always try to give our best and then do everything to try to recover all the energy to be ready to compete again.”

Pochettino insists that Wolves will provide tough competition, as they arrive on the back of some good results, losing just once in their last five games.

“Wolves are a very good team that play very well.

"We played a few months ago against them. That was tough.

"They have very good players and the manager is doing a fantastic job.

“We know it will be a difficult game, but we have the belief to go out and perform in the best way."

Wolves have won two of their last six Premier League games on the road.
