Middlesbrough, Leeds United and West Brom are all interested in Portsmouth attacker Jamal Lowe, according to Sky Sports News.

Championship sides are racing to add to their squads in this month's transfer window, with Boro, Leeds and West Brom all having legitimate promotion aspirations.

The trio are keen on Lowe, having noted his performances in League One with Portsmouth.

Lowe, 24, has chipped in with ten goals in League One for Portsmouth this term, helping Kenny Jackett's side to push for promotion to the Championship.

Jackett is unlikely to welcome the interest in Lowe, with his Portsmouth side five points clear at the top of the League One standings.

Lowe learned his trade in non-league football and was snapped up by Portsmouth from Hampton & Richmond Borough.
