Juventus Plan New Contract Talks With Massimiliano Allegri Amidst Manchester United Link

Juventus are planning to open talks with Massimiliano Allegri over a new deal amidst their coach being linked with the job at Manchester United.

The highly-regarded Italian coach has won four back-to-back league titles with Juventus and has also guided his team to two Champions League finals.

He has a contract until 2020 with the Bianconeri, but has has been repeatedly linked with other clubs over the last year.

Allegri has reportedly indicated that he would be interested in the Manchester United manager’s role and even Real Madrid are keeping close tabs on him ahead of the summer.

Juventus are very much aware of the interest Allegri has been attracting and according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, the club are planning to offer him a new contract.

Fabio Paratici, the club’s sporting director, is keen to open talks over a new deal with Allegri’s representatives over the course of the next few months.

Juventus don’t want to lose Allegri to one of their European rivals and believe he is the man to take them forward in the coming years as well.

Allegri has been taking English lessons over the last year and holds the ambition of managing in the Premier League but he still remains the main man for Juventus.
