Getafe coach Jose Bordalas has revealed that Samu Saiz, on loan from Leeds United, could make his debut against Barcelona this weekend as he is available to play.

Bordalas' men are in action on Sunday in La Liga, when they entertain Barcelona at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.




Getafe snapped up attacking midfielder Saiz on loan from Leeds until the end of the season last month and reserve the right to make the move permanent in the summer.

And Saiz, who was keen to return to Spain, could be set to make his Getafe debut in a daunting fixture, as Barcelona come to town.
 


"He's been with the group a little, he is available and we can count on him", Bordalas was quoted as saying by Spanish news agency EFE.

"Maybe he could have his first minutes.

Getafe sit in a lofty seventh spot in La Liga and took 25 points from their opening 17 league games.

Barcelona were held to a 0-0 draw at the Camp Nou by Getafe in the last meeting between the two teams last year.
