Callum Hudson-Odoi has told Chelsea supremo Marina Granovskaia that he will not sign a new contract at the club and wants to join Bayern Munich, according to Sky Deutschland.
The Blues have been hoping to keep hold of the 18-year-old, whose current contract at Stamford Bridge is due to run out in 2020.
Bayern Munich, alive to his contractual situation, have been looking to take him to Germany and have already made offers to Chelsea to do so.
Now Hudson-Odoi has left Chelsea in no doubt about what he wants to happen.
He has told Granovskaia that he does not want to sign a new deal with Chelsea and instead wants to join Bayern Munich and play in the Bundesliga.
Chelsea have not given up though and are still trying to convince Hudson-Odoi and his family that there is a pathway to regular first team football at Stamford Bridge.
But the attacker appears to have set his heart on leaving for Bayern Munich.
It remains to be seen if a deal will happen in this month's transfer window.
