Aaron Ramsey will undergo a medical with Juventus on Sunday ahead of signing a pre-contract with the Italian champions, it has been claimed.

While Ramsey is reportedly yet to take a decision on his future, it is widely expected that he will be off to Juventus on a free transfer next summer.

The midfielder has agreed on a five-year contract with the Bianconeri and is said to have given his nod to the move that will see him end his decade-long association with Arsenal.

Juventus are confident that they have done enough to secure the Welshman’s signature and are now ploughing forward with the next course of action.

According to Italian outlet Calciomercato.it, Juventus have booked the midfielder for a medical on Sunday before he signs on the dotted line with the club.

It is unclear whether Ramsey will fly out to Turin for the process or the Juventus medical team will descend on London to put the midfielder through his paces.

Following the successful completion of the medical, the 28-year-old will sign the official papers with Juventus after the Italian Super Cup final on 16th January.

Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain also have an interest in Ramsey but it seems the dye has been cast on the transfer saga in favour of Juventus.
