Rangers winger Ryan Kent has revealed that he feels more settled with the Gers than any other loan spell he has had in his career.

Kent is currently on a season-long loan deal at Rangers from Liverpool, and has done well for Steven Gerrard’s side so far this season.

The 22-year old has featured in 12 Scottish Premiership games so far, and has scored three goals in the process.

Kent, who has appeared just once for the Liverpool first team, had a loan spell at Bristol City last season but managed just 10 appearances in the Championship.

The former England Under-20 international was a regular for the Gers prior to his hamstring injury in mid-November, after which he missed eight league games.

Kent returned to play a key role in Rangers’ Old Firm derby win against Celtic in late December, and he insists that he is enjoying his football with the Gers.

“This is the most settled I’ve been at a club", Kent said on Rangers TV.

“I think just the way I’ve been welcomed into the team, the people I’ve got around me, in regards to the coaches and stuff, I feel really settled here.

“I’m enjoying my football, which is the main thing.

“When you’re in an environment where you’re comfortable, when you’re enjoying your football that’s when you get the best performances out of your game."

Rangers are in action in midweek away at Kilmarnock and it remains to be seen if Kent will feature.
