Arsenal wing target Ivan Perisic has agreed to a possible move to Tottenham Hotspur next summer, it has been claimed.

Perisic was on Arsenal’s radar in the January window but Inter showed no interest in sending the Croatian on loan to the Emirates and only wanted a transfer or loan with an obligation to buy.

The winger even reportedly agreed on a contract with the Gunners and was keen to move to the Premier League, but the two clubs failed to reach an agreement.

Arsenal are said to be still tracking the 29-year-old, but it has been claimed they will have their north London rivals Tottenham for competition in their chase for Perisic.

And according to Turin-based Italian daily Tuttosport, the winger has already given his nod to a Spurs at the end of the season if Tottenham can agree on a deal with the Nerazzurri.

It has been suggested that Tottenham got in touch with Perisic and gained his approval, but held off making a move January as they want to wait until the summer.

Inter are aware of Tottenham’s interest in the Croatian and could ask for Moussa Sissoko as part of a deal to sell Perisic to Spurs.

It remains to be seen whether Arsenal look to get into a bidding war with their north London rivals next summer.
