The agent of Arsenal midfield target Jordan Veretout will be in London today amidst speculation over his client's long term future at Fiorentina.
The former Aston Villa midfielder joined Fiorentina in 2017 and has emerged as one of their top performers over the last two seasons in Italy.
His performances have attracted the interest of several sides and there are suggestions that Fiorentina could struggle to hold on to him in the summer.
Serie A giants Napoli are interested in snaring him away from Florence, but there are claims that Veretout is again emerging as a target for English clubs, with Arsenal keen on signing him.
And according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, amidst all the speculation, his agent will be in London today and the topic of his client’s future could be discussed with interested parties.
Both his rumoured suitors, Arsenal and Napoli, will be in action against each other in the Europa League at the Emirates Stadium.
It remains to be seen whether Veretout’s agent meets any of the two clubs during his stay in London.
The Frenchman has a contract until 2021 with Fiorentina.
