Liverpool Under-23 forward Bobby Adekanye has met his agent to discuss his future as Lazio look to rope him in when the summer window opens.

The 20-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and has refused to sign a new deal with Liverpool as he looks to leave the club ahead of the new season.

He has been heavily linked with a move to Lazio since the January transfer window and the Serie A giants have been in talks with his representatives to tie down a deal.

Adekanye is looking to sort out his future as soon as possible and, according to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport, his agent was in Liverpool recently to meet his client over his future.

The forward has a three-year contract offer on his table and his agent is said to have thrashed out terms with Lazio over a summer move.

The deal only requires the player’s go ahead and Lazio are confident that the Dutchman will join the club in the coming months.
