Inter are not close to meeting Roma’s financial demands for West Ham and Everton target Edin Dzeko ahead of the summer.

Dzeko will enter the final year of his contract with Roma at the end of the season and the club are plotting to sell the forward in the next window.

The former Manchester City man has attracted major interest from the Premier League with West Ham and Everton interested in taking him back to England this summer.

But Dzeko is open to staying in Italy even after he leaves Roma and has been receptive to the interest from Serie A giants Inter.

But according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter and Roma are yet to see eye-to-eye when it comes to the valuation of the veteran striker.

Roma have slapped a €20m asking price on him but for the moment Inter do not want to pay more than €12m for the 33-year-old striker in the summer.

Borussia Dortmund are also interested in the striker and they have also been quoted the same price by the Giallorossi.

Everton and West Ham have continued to keep tabs on Dzeko and could be more prepared to match Roma’s asking price for him.
