Liverpool linked Thorgan Hazard has admitted that he has reached an agreement to move to Borussia Dortmund.

The Belgian attacker, currently on the books at Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach, has been the subject of serious transfer speculation in recent months.

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool have been linked with wanting Hazard, but the Belgian is edging ever closer to a switch to Signal Iduna Park this coming summer.

"I have a personal agreement with Borussia Dortmund", Hazard explained to Belgian broadcaster VTM Nieuws.

"I have talked to them.

"It is now between the clubs. It takes time. They are in talks", Hazard added.

Dortmund appear poised to miss out on the Bundesliga title this season, despite a strong showing, and went down 4-2 in the Ruhr derby against Schalke on Saturday.

Hazard has made 32 appearances across all competitions for Gladbach this term, scoring 12 goals and chipping in with eleven assists for his team-mates.

Securing the 26-year-old's signature would be a boost for Dortmund heading into next season, but Gladbach want €40m for his services.
