The Belgian joined Leicester in January on a loan deal until the end of the season from Monaco and the Foxes are keen to sign him on a permanent deal.
The 21-year-old midfielder is open to an extended stay at the King Power Stadium, but is considering his options ahead of the summer window.
Manchester United have long been keeping tabs on the former Anderlecht midfielder and he has been on their radar for some time.
Tottenham are also looking to spend money in the summer and Tielemans has emerged as a target who fits their profile of young and packed with potential.
